4 layers in total, 2 bamboo (80% bamboo) and 2 hemp (55% hemp, 45% cotton). A must have accessory for anyone using reusable pocket nappies to increase absorbency. They are made for those heavy wetters or for when baby travelling for an extended time. Made from Hemp & Bamboo mix. A lot higher natural fibre content then most inserts on the market.
